 General Shipping

All orders are shipped from our shipping department in California. There may be times where delivery may be delayed (Holidays, Weekends etc).

Depending on the shipping method you select, your order can take as little as 1 business day and no longer than 9 business days. Please allow up to 1 - 2 business days for processing. Expedited shipments are not available for weekend delivery. Transit Time: Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipping.

When will my order ship?

Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1 – 2 business days to fully process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekend. Delivery dates are based on average transit time and may be influenced by external factors like holidays, weather delays, higher order volume etc. 

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number (This is a different email from our odrer confirmation email). Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status in real time. 

Pre-Order

If you order a size that is out of stock, we will notify you that we reserved a pre-order for you. Pre-orders may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for it to arrive at your doorstep.

International Orders

For our friends outside the US, shipping cost to your country will depend on where you are from and the time of the year. Depending where you are from, orders may take 1-6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Please use your tracking number for reference.

Error on Address

If you believe you inputted your address incorrectly please notify us as soon as possible at info@cammelly.com and we will be happy to take care of everything for you.

Order Cancellation 

We will cancel your order at your request as long as your order has not been shipped. Including a full refund to you.
