I have a question about products or my order?
  •  Our team is always available to answer any question you may have. Email us your questions and we will get back to you shortly. 
Where do you ship your products from?
    • All our orders are shipped from our shipping department in California.
    I want to be featured on the Cammelly Instagram.
      • DM us on Instagram or email us at info@cammelly.com with your photos and Instagram username for us to tag you. We repost tagged photos from the girlys often!
        How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
        • All orders are packaged and shipped within two business days (There may be delays during the holiday season) from our shipping department in California. Packages are typically delivered within 4-5 business days. 
        What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
        • We work hard to ensure that every item that gets sent out is of high quality. However, if you have any concern about a damaged or faulty item, please email us as soon as possible at info@cammelly.com
        Can you send me tracking information?
          • Tracking information will be sent to the email address given at checkout. If you believe you miss typed your email please notify us with your tracking number.
            Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?
              • Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after it is shipped but if you canceled your order before it was shipped, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.
