I have a question about products or my order?
- Our team is always available to answer any question you may have. Email us your questions and we will get back to you shortly.
- All our orders are shipped from our inventory team in California.
- DM us on Instagram or email us at email@example.com with your photos and Instagram username for us to tag you.
I'm interested in collaborating or being a brand ambassador with Cammelly. Where do I go from here?
- We are always looking to collaborate or having new ambassadors on social media. Please sent us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or go to our Ambassador page and apply.
- All orders are packaged and shipped within two business days (There may be delays during the holidays) from our Inventory team in California.
- We work hard to ensure that every item that gets sent out is of high quality. However, if you have any concern about a damaged or faulty item, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address you inputted at checkout. If you believe you miss typed your email please notify us.
- Absolutely! We respect your privacy. Therefore we never share or sell your personal information to any third parties. Any information collected through this site is intended to be used for this transaction only. Your personal information is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Technology.
- Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after it is shipped but if you canceled your order before it was shipped, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.
- We as Cammelly do not own the designs of any of our swimwear nor we manufacture these pieces in house. We do hope to have our own designs in the near future with the capital we are raising for our lovely customers.
