General FAQ
I have a question about products or my order?
- Our team is always available to answer any question you may have. Email us your questions and we will get back to you shortly.
- All our orders are shipped from our shipping department in California.
- DM us on Instagram or email us at info@cammelly.com with your photos and Instagram username for us to tag you. We repost tagged photos from the girlys often!
- All orders are packaged and shipped within two business days (There may be delays during the holiday season) from our shipping department in California. Packages are typically delivered within 4-5 business days.
- We work hard to ensure that every item that gets sent out is of high quality. However, if you have any concern about a damaged or faulty item, please email us as soon as possible at info@cammelly.com
- Tracking information will be sent to the email address given at checkout. If you believe you miss typed your email please notify us with your tracking number.
- Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled after it is shipped but if you canceled your order before it was shipped, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.
